The most beautiful sounds

Emmanuel and I went to Burning Man this past year with our best friends in the world. It was magical and intense and awe-inspiring and exhausting and hilarious and beautiful. It was a contrast for us since the week before we had spent 10 days cruising in Desolation Sound, the lights surrounding us were candles, stars and phosphorescence. We were living on the water and were connected to the sun and moon, tides and wind. And then we drove to Burning Man and spent 7 days living in the desert. The lights were flashing LED’s, strobe lights, pulsing bass music and a cacophony of movement. It was a contrast to say the very least.

We’ve been listening to this playlist a lot lately. To do yoga, to relax in the evening, to do some of the tasks on the boat that require a calm mind and patience.  This mix was recorded at Burning Man by one of Emmanuel’s favourite artists, Above and Beyond.

Enjoy!
